Metal–organic frameworks (MOFs), as high-surface-area materials, have shown promise in various areas of application, such chiral sensing and separation, due to their flexibility design organized porous cages. Researchers been striving develop high-performance enantiorecognition separation analytical techniques science fields. The main aim this review is provide a comprehensive overview chirality, state-of-the-art MOFs analysis the past decade, 2012–2022. classification includes principles analysis, attraction functional materials for designing enantioselective sensors (fluorescence, circular dichroism, quartz crystal microbalance, electrochemical), stationary phases (CSPs) chromatographic enantioseparation (high-performance liquid chromatography, gas capillary electrochromatography).
